Low season: 1950€

Midweek stays, weekends and other arrangements outside the high season and holiday periods are possible and always subject to prior agreement. We require a minimum stay of 3 nights. Half of the total amount is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance, along with a security deposit (€500), should be paid two months before the stay. The security deposit will be refunded within the week after departure. A final cleaning fee of €150 is also applicable. During the months May and October, pool heating can be provided upon request, for an additional charge of 150€.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

Rental
The house is rented weekly during high season and holiday periods, from Saturday to Saturday. Midweek stays and other arrangements outside high season and holiday periods are possible and always subject to prior agreement.

Payment
50% of the total amount is due upon booking, The remaining balance is due 2 months before the start of your stay.

Cancellation
Cancellations must always be confirmed in writing. Cancellations up to 8 weeks before the rental period will incur a 30% fee, after which 100% of the amount will be charged.

Security Deposit

In addition to the rental price, a security deposit of €500 is required, which will be refunded after the rental period, within the week, minus any damages.

Arrival / Departure
The house is available from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival. On the departure date, we ask to vacate the house by 11:00 AM at the latest. A fast airport transfer can also be arranged (Lisbon Airport - Casa Zilou 125€)

Internet & Wi-Fi are available. All linen is provided. The beds are made up upon arrival.
There are also enough towels per person: Kitchen towels and bath mats are provided.
The villa is non-smoking. During the months May and October, pool heating can be provided upon request, for an additional charge of 150€.

No pets allowed.

Due to the residential nature of the property, home parties, student parties, and group parties are not allowed.
To ensure your stay goes smoothly, we make sure our external partner is available by phone throughout your stay. If agreed, they will give you a tour of the house and hand over the keys. They will also be present at your departure to collect the keys, unless otherwise arranged.
